He still wasn't used to people hugging him but he didn't push her away as she turned to leave, sighing he sat down at ate the food she made hoping she was telling the truth and it wouldn't make him sick. Instead of knocking Haruhiko opened the door bringing a plate wrapped up, but he stopped looking at the food Kazu was eating.
"What the... have you been raiding the kitchen again? Damnmit boy I told you I'd bring you your..."
"I didn't raid the kitchen... someone made it for me." Haru looked at him confused,
"Who?" Kazu knew his Uncle wasn't a bad person, a little cautious of Kazu but he could be trusted. He wasn't like the other members of the family, Haru knew the truth.
"Midori... she's returned and hasn't changed the way she feels about me. To her I'm still that innocent child who was scared of everyone around him as they beat him senseless." Haru couldn't believe that, if the others knew Midori was doing such a thing she'd get into trouble. He alone was given this job of taking care of Kazu, his brother's son and his nephew.
"Well here you have more food then,"
"Good now I can compare them... which is better you're cooking, the work of a pro chef or Midori's made with a tender heart?" Haru chuckled leaving,
"Take care Kazu,"
Zane was returning from his class in the meadows, praticing of the wind took concentrationg and calmness. Focusing one's soul into the flow of the wind wasn't as easy as people thought it was. Ryu was waiting for him at the courtyard entrance, today was the day of the week that they sparred together.
"Come on Air Caller, let's do this!" Ryu was nothing like Zane, he was filled with raging emotions, wild and careless thoughts. Traits a Fire Summoner needed to focus his emotions into the burning flames,
"Just don't cry when you lose again, Fire Summoner." Using the terms of one's element is formal and traditional. Then the sparing began...
Fire= Fire Summoner
Water= Water Weaver
Air= Air Caller
Earth= Earth Bender
Healing= Healer
Body= Seeker
Mind= Reader

Midori sighed as she trotted off gazing around and put her hair up in a pony tail letting her bangs fall down past her eyes and went into her meditating class which would help her soul and spirit to heal.
'My power is so lame I don't even use it...It's not like I can fight with it anyhow' Midori thought with a sigh as she got in a group with the others and sat down her back perfectly straight as she took in a deep breaths and began her medicating class.
After her class Midori had a weak form of sweat on her forehead and grumbled as she walked along the area and walked passed the court yards seeing Zane and Ryu , seeing them she looked at them. She went over to them wearing a blue kimono bottom and a undershirt of it and waved at them.
"Hi Zane-Chan Hi Ryu-Chan!" She said happily

Zane and Ryu spent over forty minutes sparing, fires and wind blew past them as their forms swirled about both had different forms of martial arts. Before long Ryu was on the ground with a wind blade pointed to his throat,
"You lose again... sorry cousin... " Ryu grumbled but held in his rage since the fight was over. Zane pulled back as he stood up, when they turned to see Midori.
"Hello Midori... nice day, how are you?" Zane nodded to her,
"Yeah how are you doing? Where've you been?"

Midori watched them in amazment and clapped once they were done.
"Good jobs you guys , your both so amazing with your abilities" She said handing them towels to pat down the sweat off there bodies .
"I have been in class sillies , where else would I be??" She asked curiously cocking her head to the side curiously smiling happy to be around friends

They smiled knowing that was obvious, still patting themselves they decided to go get lunch with Midori they asked how she was liking it here and if she ever needed any help to come to them.
"Midori how about you show us your skill... can you restore energy to the body like we're tired right now so could you revive our energies?" Zane hit the top of Ryu's head,
"Ow..."
"Don't ask such a thing... its rude."

Midori was pleased at the idea of lunch cause personally she felt like she could eat a whole cow, thats how hungry she was, meditating always' did that to her. While they ate and was told if she ever needed help to ask them she felt slightly happy that she had friends to turn to when in need. But there was one thing she couldn't turn to them too and that was talking about Kazuhiko.
Midori blinked at curiosity at what Ryu had said. Healing energy , she never really thought about it before and nodded.
"Hmmm I can try , It's hard to really extend healing....cause its just healing thats all books ever say" Midori mumbled softly and stood between them and touched their arms and closed her eyes finding the energy from within to call forth, she then found both Zane and Ryu's energy waves they were staggered and lower then the usual energy waves she saw. So she called forth the energy inside her and spread it to both the waves at a portion of a time and once the waves became more lively and full she stopped and let go of both there arms startled and let out a deep breath to concentrate.
"Better??" She asked curiously with a bright smile.

Zane and Ryu stood still as she showed them her power, feeling their energies being regenerated they gasped feeling a bit light headed due to the rush of getting strength.
"That was... wow... you're good..." Ryu laughed stretched he jogged in place and praticed punches.
"I feel energized."
"I'm impressed Midori, well done. Keep up the good work...." Zane added stretching as well, healers may not be strong in power, but they were very useful to others with medicines and such.

Midori felt a little happy that they were impressed with her work , it gave her more inthusiasm to work harder at her powers though she always' worked herself hard.
"Thank you both of you , I will work even harder at my healing...hee I remembered the first time I healed something I over healed it and passed out" Midori laughed at herself remembeing it was Zane she did that to.
"So...What to do now??" She asked curiously

Zane blushed as he remembered that from back when they were young, as she asked what to do now they looked at one another.
"We're kind of hungry, so I was wondering maybe you can cook us something to eat?" Ryu asked hopefully looking at her pleadingly, Zane shook his head sighing heavily.

Midori giggled and smiled at them claping her hands together.
"Sure no Problamo , Alright Lets go to the kitchen, Lucky for you guys my cooking has got alot better now" She said and looked around and grabbed some ingrediants and began to make some egg rolls and rice balls and some fried fish with it, it took her about thirty minutes to an hour to make.
She served it to them and left the extra that she had for Kazuyuki and looked down at the food she had nibbling at it.
"Hope you guys will like it"

They waited patiently for her to finish cooking, sitting down on futons around a small square table they watched as she served them their food. Clapping their hands together to say "Itadakimas" they began to eat. Ryu was more of a fast eating and somewhat made a mess as food dropped from his chop sticks, Zane was elegant in his manners.
"Its better than before..." Zane commented as Ryu spoke with his mouth full,
"Its grat...." Zane frowned at him but continued to eat.

Midori smiled and laughed at both of them. They were both the exact oppisite and yet both funny to her at the same time she didn't know why. Looking at them both she found it hard to beleive that they would not allow Kazuhiko into there lives or even allow him to be there friends. A world she did not truely understand at all.
"That's good to know...My time flys the sun is already setting " Midori exclaimed

They looked up to see she was right and as they finished RYu stood up stretching and rubbed his belly.
"Well that was good Midori... better get to my class. Fire's better at night time," he waved bye to them as Zane stood up gathering the dishes.
"If you don't mind I can do the dishes... then head over to the study. Will you be joining me?"

Midori blinked startled by Zane's offer and smiled and nodded.
"Sure..I'll dry the dishes though It's only fair " Midori responded and then began to help him dry the dishes she was insistent on it and afterwards she began to follow him to the study.
"So how have you been today??"

Zane washed the dishes yet when she offered to dry them he stopped her,
"No need..." with a wave of his hand wind blew agianst the dishes drying the water from them in seconds.
"Drying really is my thing..." he smirked then headed down the hall to the study room.
"Well I suppose well, I mean every day is the same thing. Until the day of summoning when you and your animal would have to bond and train together things are the same."
